It is an easy read and can be completed just a few hours if that long, but I’d advise to actually read, think, formulate, act, and continue for the best effect.

Dr. Ammon-Wexler addresses the often self-sabotaging subconscious powers/beliefs at work and offers the “tough love” philosophy to look in the mirror and be real and honest with a no-nonsense approach to take action and take it now. Those that can genuinely look in the proverbial mirror and face truth about themselves and take action have a fighting chance – the rest….. probably not so. At the conclusion the author offers several links to additional resources at a commercial site for additional training with nominal fees averaging $13.00-$25.00, which may or may not be useful – this reader did not take advantage of the offers.

Knowing that change is a slow process, this reader knows that this book is not a cure-all, but a good basic level/first step toward change. I would recommend it for the early stages toward success.

There were a few typos and grammatical errors (i.e. Are I, instead of Am I); the editor needs another look-see.

This book is basically a come-on to buy other stuff from the author. When clicking on the links while reading it on my iPad I get to some sales page but cannot get back to the text. I have to quit kindle and start over.
This book my have some good ideas, but before getting to them I am too much annoyed by the abundance of spe;;ing and grammatical mistakes. The editor - if there ever was one - did a lousy job.
